While we aim to process orders quickly, we will do our best to cancel or modify the order before it ships. Unfortunately, once your order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.

8. Payment for Pre-Orders

If you’re purchasing an item that’s available for pre-order, you will be charged at the time of purchase. The item will be shipped as soon as it becomes available. Pre-order shipping timelines will be clearly indicated on the product page.

All prices include VAT (Value Added Tax) for customers within the United Kingdom. If you are shopping from outside the UK, please note that the prices displayed do not include any import duties or taxes that may be imposed by your country. 10. Refunds and Payments
