1. Where do you ship to?
We currently offer free shipping across the United Kingdom. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.
2. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is totally free within the United Kingdom! There are no hidden shipping fees added at checkout.
3. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We process orders within 1-2 business days. After that, delivery typically takes 4-7 business days. So, you can expect your order to arrive within 5-9 business days from the time you place it.
4. Do you offer express or same-day delivery?
Currently, we do not offer express or same-day delivery. We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible, and we offer free standard shipping.
5. Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?
Once an order is processed and shipped, we cannot make changes or cancel it. However, if you notice an issue or would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist before the item ships.

7. How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to track your package with our shipping partner.
8. What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Please note that return shipping costs will be covered by the customer if the order was made incorrectly (e.g., wrong size or color).

9. How do I return an item?
To return an item, simply follow the instructions on our Returns & Refunds Policy page. Be sure to keep your receipt and packaging in case you need to ship it back. Returns must be sent back in new, unworn, and unwashed condition.
10. Will I be refunded for return shipping costs?
If the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item sent), we will cover the return shipping costs. However, if the return is due to a customer ordering the wrong item (size, color, etc.), the return shipping costs will be at the customer’s expense.
11. How long will it take to receive my refund?
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of us receiving your returned item. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
12. I received a damaged or defective item. What should I do?
We’re sorry to hear that! If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with your order details and photos of the damaged item. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund as per your preference.
13. Can I exchange an item?
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item.
14. Do you offer gift cards?
At this time, we do not offer gift cards, but we’re always working on adding new features to make your shopping experience even better. Stay tuned!
